Best Butt Building Secret: How Buffie the Body does her SQUATS

Buffie the body had one of the world’s most famous behinds (before Kim K came along) and she’s passionate it! “I am honored to have become famous based on my butt. I wish I had another one, if I had two of these then it would be incredible. I am honestly honored and feel blessed.”

“SQUATS are one of my favorite exercises,” says Buffie. “Why? Because I think it gives my booty and legs quicker results. Keep your knees back as much as possible, shoulders back, knees aligned with 2nd and 3rd toes, and chest up. I get the best results with plates under my feet.”

About PAIN, she says: “You should NEVER have PAIN in your knees, back, neck or shoulders from doing squats. If you do STOP and find out what you’re not doing correctly. Find out which technique works for YOU best to avoid injury. Everyone will not always do squats identically (this is MY way). Matter of fact, you will see most exercises done differently by different people.”

HER ROUTINE: I normally do squats 2 times a weeks. I do 6-12 reps, 3sets, slow to medium tempo, 45 lbs and up. PLEASE give time for muscles to rest and repair after an intense squat workout. I need at least 3-4 days in between (because of sore muscles) before I squat again. Listen to your body! Your body will always tell you something that no one else can 🙂

Flat BELLY, Tight ABS Workout – Let me hear YOU Roar! Ab, Stomach, waist…

WANT A FLAT BELLY, SLIM WAIST, TIGHT ABS?  In addition to eating a healthy diet and doing your cardio, the plank is one of the best all round things you can do to flatten your tummy! Katy Perry knows it, I know it and you know it too 🙂  Lemme hear you ROAR!!!

What about crunches?  Aren’t they the best?
Crunches only affect the muscles on the front and the sides of your tummy but this exercise I’m about to show you… The plank – works more muscles, burns more calories and improves your core strength and posture way more than crunches ever could.
DO:
– Lie down on your tummy
– Flexed feet, hip distance apart
– Keep your spine neutral, your back flat so you could balance a could there!
– If you’re finding the exercise easy, to make it more difficult… raise the leg or leg and an arm
DON’T:
– Don’t slump your shoulders, don’t let your hips fall or push up your behind!  You could hurt yourself.  And you won’t get the results.
