Here was my answer:
Hey [NAME DELETED] – girl sorry to hear about those difficult situations with breakups and disappointments. It sounds like you tried so hard to give them what they expected…
Question:
– Did they ever give you what you expect?
– What did you expect from them?
And if a relationship doesn’t work out because you are fat or thin… then you know, perhaps it wasn’t love. Perhaps that person showed their true colors. That said, there is nothing more attractive than when we believe in ourselves and when our self esteem is riding high It’s hard for people to love us when we aren’t loving ourselves, when we don’t that there’s anything worth loving inside us.
If you want to lose weight and get healthy, do it for YOU… Not for anyone else.
I have an exercise for you! Every morning for the next 7 days… In the bathroom mirror look into your eyes and say, “I deeply and completely accept myself.” Say it to yourself 5 times each morning for a week and let me know how you feel at the end of the week!
