— I’d been thinking of creating Lifestylista for a while and then there came the point when not beginning it, not creating this community was more painful than risking and going out and getting it done. Boy am I happy I did! I created Lifestylista and I got to meet you. And, let me tell you, you are a light in my life. Every like, every share, every comment… I feel, in some way, connected to you. We’re creating a little family. A safe space for us to be and to grow. Thank you for being a part of this, it wouldn’t work without you.

BREATHE! This is one of best, simplest, easiest things you can do for yourself! It’s a little thing that gives great results. I’m more and more conscious of my own breathing. Here’s a quote from Oprah & Deepak: “As you breathe slowly and gently, the body relaxes, the mind finds its still point, and the stage is set for inspiration—the flowing in of spirit.”
