Bikini Body Gal ™ Challenge Day 1

Hey!!! Hope you’re having an amazing day! I’ve got something to share with you… I have entered a national FITNESS BIKINI COMPETITION that’s happening ON STAGE in a huge auditorium on November 8th! Oh my goodness! It’s in 11 weeks. I’m petrified and excited! Mostly excited 🙂 And petrified LOL! BIKINI BODY GAL ™ FITNESS CHALLENGE: I’m someone who hates being scantily clad in public. My crutch, my safety net, is always a pair of tights (pantyhose)! I’m even wearing tights when I wear my the carnival costume Though I’m slim now I think some part of myself doesn’t see me as an athlete… As someone who could / should / would ever even try for a world class athletic body!!!
e.g. “It’s over for me, my best days are behind me!”: recently I noticed that my behind had fallen (no other way of describing it!), it’s started a journey South and I thought well that’s just nature / age / the way things are, live with it! Then I realized it doesn’t have to be this way 🙂 How about instead of it being “too late”, I go for it, go for having the best body of my life right now! This is not about my size, it’s about my state of my mind, the way I see myself! Can I WOW myself & feel proud?)
