Recipe of meat samosa is made with ground beef but note that you can substitute the beef with chicken or lamb if you are not only found in India but there are also loved in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Ugandu and so on).

So here the Meat samosa recipe:

Ingredients:

So for the dough you will need:1 and cups of flour1 teaspoon of salt3 tablespoon of oil100ml of water or as neededFor the filling you will need:200g ground beef or any meat2 potatoes , boiled an cubed

1 onion, sliced

2 tablespoons of oil teaspoon of ground coriander teaspoon of curry powder teaspoon of turmeric

Salt or bouillon cube

Juice of one lime

1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste

Oil for deep frying

Direction: First add the salt to the flour and mix. Then add the oil and mix

Now gradually add the water while mixing to for a doughTransfer the dough in a flat area and knead for 6 minutes until smooth and dough should be very soft not dry at Samosa Filling:On the ground the meat, add the onions and all the spices, turmeric, ground coriander and curry well and add the ginger and garlic heat the oil and stir fry the beef for few add the potatoes Add 1 cup of water and the saucepan and let it simmer until all the liquid is absorb. Then add the lime juice.

Stop the heat and allow it to completely cool a small size of the dough, then sprinkle with flour and use your rolling pin to fatten the dough into a get the samosa crispy, the dough need to be very a sharp knife to divide it into 2 .Then fold one point up to form a triangular pocket. Fill the pocket with some of the meat mixture then close it and last step is to heat the oil in a medium high heat and deep-fry the samosas until golden brown. Drain and serve warm.
