Try to cut down on salt anyway – for so many reasons… health, your tummy bloating and more!
If you have an event you want to look GORGEOUS for, cut down on salt at least 4 days before… In additional to the health benefits, you’ll reduce water retention (puffy face, tummy bloating, clothes fitting more tightly)…
