This #salad had a bunch of things inc. arugula (rocket), baby tomatoes, asparagus, soy beans, sweet corn, avocado, cooked up spicy herb-y mushrooms, fresh orange, grapes, carrots, sweet potato (hidden underneath)… you name it! Add vegetables, fruits you like and experiment 🙂
