Top millet secret: toast before you add water or stock (I often make a tasty veg stock myself but if you’re very short on time just use MSG free bouillon cubes).
Top lentil secret: Use LOADS of vegetables and herbs e.g. thyme, rosemary, marjoram and mix your own curry spice mix using cumin, tumeric etc.
And the real secret is COOK IN BULK and freeze some (or vacuum it and put in the fridge) so you have quick meals to choose from in the future… 🙂
