Deaf Ugandan Boy Speaks for the first time… I cried when I watched this!

Patrick Otema, 15 was born completely deaf. In the remote area of Uganda where he lives there aren’t any schools for children who are deaf.  Patrick has never had a conversation. Raymond Okkelo, a sign language teacher, hopes to change all this & offers Patrick a way out of the terrible silence he has known for his whole life.
